Cary was extremely helpful to my wife and I. When trying to secure approval from my HOA he worked with us to get the proper sample, was patient as we got approval, and always picked up his phone or returned my call when we had questions. When it was time to do the work, they showed up on time, did very nice work masking everything off and prepping the area. Best of all, Cary and Floor Seasons are some of the most honest folks I have ever worked with. After prepping the entire areas and cleaning the driveway and walkways to be stained, they noticed several large areas of “tire shine” that had soaked into and stained the concrete. He called me out, explained everything to me, and let me know that his professional recommendation was not to continue as it would look “ok” but not perfect or up to his or my standards. Although disappointed, I can’t imagine how pissed I would have been had they just done it and left me with huge problem areas on my driveway. They were at my house for 2 hours cleaning and prepping and never charged me a dime for any of it. The Lofts at 7100 had a unique project at hand and knew immediately who to call. Three large, well used, interior hallways covering over two and a half miles was not a challenge we would ask of just anyone. Not to mention, the residents and pets walking around the property at the time of the application.
