Metallic Epoxy Quick Silver
This is a commercial account for Brain Balance that features a Quick Silver pigment. This was a 2000sf remodel which had tile on it previously. In addition, it also had cuts out and numerous divots in the floor which all got handled in the preparation. Extreme preparation was required for this job as the concrete was tortured before the metallic epoxy was applied to ensure a quality finish. This floor has many years on it and still looks the same as the day we applied it. The customer is still thrilled with here floor and the unique look. -

This is a 4000sf sterling metallic application. The prep for this job was extensive with 3000 sf commercial carpet with 1000sf tile to be removed before patching and grinding could take place. The sterling has a d natured alcohol to create the look the customer was wanting to achieve. You can notice the ceiling light bars which are 11 ft up which speaks to the floors high gloss sheen. -

Multi-purpose Room Stain
This commercial application was for a local church. Although it was a new construction there were some significate scratches in the concrete where we had to get creative. What we decided to do was cut a random block pattern that would encumber the deep scratches inside of a block. We then grinded the entire block to remove the scratches. the benefits to this were the customer did not have to go with an overlay which would not have been as durable of a solution. The customer gained a random block look with 2 colors and the grinded concrete stained differently than the grinded concrete. which gave it the appearance of 2 colors. This solution was more durable, appealing and affordable then an overlay could achieve. This over 10-year-old floor still looks this good. PROJECT COST: $4.00 a Square foot with an additional $1.00 Square Foot to block and grind to remove the scratches -

Commercial Grind and Stain
This commercial stain application began with the removal of the existing tile. Space was being converted to a veterinary clinic so the existing tile needed to be removed due to animal care and hygiene. This stain consists of a 2 color blend, cloa and lawn green. We offered the customer dog print trails leading to different areas of the clinic. They loved the idea. PROJECT COST: $4.00 SF Start to finish with and additional $2.00 SF for tile removal and grinding. -
Grind and Stain of Residential Interior
This is the most frequent application used in most residential interior remodels. After removing the carpet tile and lament flooring we then grind away any ink paint or glue from previou flooring to give us a new pallet. Ground and stained directly to the slab to the home even with its weathered look is the strongest surface we can offer for the customer. The customer chose a 3 to 1 black stain PROJECT COST: $6.50SF from stat to finish P -
Stained Concrete with Art Work
This residential project was applied to brand new concrete. It is an aqua blue base stain and before it dried we applied lawn green over the top of it. We also applied a jade filagree pattern throughout the home. We chose to grout our cuts white to give the artistic cuts a more pronounced look. This is a prime example new concrete that was well protetcted through the build, meaning that slab was free of marker , paint, spray paint and other contaminants that could contaminate the stain. PROJECT COST: $4.25SF with a $2500 art allowance -
